Rotating Tires

One thing that can make a big difference for drivers is rotating tires. This helps keep the car running smoothly, and it also helps preserve the life of the tires.

Cars do not use all of the tires when people are driving them. A front wheel drive, for example, typically puts all of the work on the 2 front tires. The tires in the back are just coming along for the ride. This means that the front tires are getting worn down. The only way to really prevent complete wear is to rotate when you get your oil changed. This brings some load balance between the front and back tires. More info: tires San Jose
